Step by Step Guide to Schedule an Appointment with Etimad Center

 How to schedule an appointment with Etimad center ,complete guide step by step. .Once you get you visa issued the next step is to get it stamped on your Passport.You have to schedule an appointment with Etimad center first.In previous days,people got their visa stamped by any local agents.But now this system has gone.

Now days you have to do it by yourself.You simply have to visit Etimad center and pay their fix fees after 3-7 days get your visa stamped.If you have Permanent visa make sure you have medical reports.But in case of Visit visa you do not require any medical reports.


Step by Step Guide to Schedule an Appointment with Etimad Center:

Step 1 - Open their Website https://www.etimad.pk/etimad/opsys/auth/login
Step 2 - click on the "schedule an appointment" on the left side of the page.
Step 3 - A pop-up window will appear you have to click on "Make an Appointment".
Step 4 - Then Select your country e.g Pakistan.

Step 5 - Then select "Family visit" if you have family visit.In case of permanent visa select                               "Resident".

Step 6 - After this a new page will open,here you have to select the date and time of appointment.

                                           

Step 7 - After this a new pop up will appear here you have to select the appointment category                        i.e "Individual".Now you have to select the number of applicants ( Number of people want to go outside of country ).For example If you ,your wife and you have 3 childs then select 5.

Step 8 - You have to select date.Date in green mean it is available and Date in red mean it is not                      available.Also select the time of appointment on left side menu.

Step 9 - After selecting date and time you will see 4 questions which are 

•               Entijaz It form completed - Select "No"
•               Documents submitted to mission - Select "No"
•               Visa Fees paid - Select "No"               
•              Select preferred date for wait list - Select "No"

Once you have filled all the information enter captcha given at the bottom of page and proceed next step.Now you are at the last step.Here you have fill all the mandatory information.

• Give your names as such written on passport.
• Click on next and fill all information.Fill only the mandatory fields ( with star *)
• Click the Next and fill information according to your Saudi iqama.(Iqama of person who gets your vissa issued)
• Then select Visa Purpose for family visit visa is "Family visit" and for permanent is " residency".
• Once you have entered information review it to avoid from mistakes then  submit it will be mailed to Etimad Center.

That's it ! 

• Keep these Documents with you when you visit Etimad Center.
• Original B-form 
• Original Computerzed Marriage certificate
• Id Card copies of wife and husband for their childs.
• Iqama Photocopy of person who got visa fo ryou.
• Passport 1st page copy of visa applier.
